Navarino Services was founded in 2001 on the basis of a simple set of facts:
- For most independent hotels, electronic distribution technologies (whether GDS, IDS or Internet-based) represent clear opportunities to increase both occupancy and ADR.
- Great technology makes it possible to achieve great results efficiently and without costly errors.
- Great technology on its own is NOT enough! It is ultimately only a tool.
Independent hotels and small chains do not have teams of specialists managing their availability and are usually very busy. It is all too common to see major technology investments fail to deliver because, in the reality of daily life, staff do not always have the time or skill sets to ensure that the technology is properly used to present the right inventory in the right way at the right price.
Navarino has, from the beginning, had a clear mission to provide independent hotels across Europe with the complete package they need in order to get the most out of all electronic distribution technologies.
Firstly, we work with the leading technology supplier, Synxis, which is part of the Sabre Group. Synxis technology provides a perfect blend of sophisticated, relevant functionality and ease-of-use allowing hotels to manage and control their offering to maximum effect.
Secondly (and just as importantly), we have built our business on a philosophy of service and support. Navarino’s support teams remain close to not only the technology, but also the needs of our hotels.
This allows us to ensure that every property maximises its potential within each electronic channel. Our pricing model reflects this clearly – we only get paid on the basis of completed stays – which ensures that we remain motivated at all times to help your hotel to succeed.
