R) Modifying or Cancelling

1) Selecting Availability


To select your arrival and departure dates, either click in the arrival date box and select from the drop-down calendar, or simply click on the date you would like to arrive on the coloured calendar.


If you have a promotional code, enter this into the promotional code text box.

Select the number of adults and children you would like and click the 'check availability' button at the bottom right to move on.

2) Selecting Rooms & Rates


Choose from the list of rooms and rates, by clicking the little arrows to expand the list.


You can then select a room by clicking the 'select' button. If you wish to compare two or more rooms, click the 'add to compare' checkboxes next to the rooms and then click the compare rooms button.


From here, you can press the 'select' button under the room you desire, or click 'return to rates and availability' at the top right.

There is also a currency converter feature at the top right and this can be used to view the pricing in your local currency. This is only for viewing purposes, you will be charged in the hotel's local currency.

3) Selecting Packages


Some rates will have optional packages attached to them, to choose a package just click the 'add item' button beside the option you desire.

If you need to select and date, time or quantity for the package, do so from the drop-down.

You can choose as many packages as you like before clicking 'select packages' at the top or bottom of the list to move on.

If you do not wish to include any packages, simply click the 'no thanks' button.

4) Entering Customer Details



You will now be presented with the customer information page, you will need to fill this in accurately so that the hotels can contact you if there is any problems.

If you have booked at the hotel before you can also login to your existing account, to do this just enter your email and password at the top of the screen.

If you wish you book an additional room, click the 'book another room' button on the left, underneath your stay details.

You may click 'review reservation' to review, or 'confirm reservation' to book your reservation.

5) Reviewing Your Reservation


You will now be presented with your reservation details. These can be printed out for your record, by pressing the print button at the top right.

Your confirmation will also be emailed to you.

R) Modifying or Cancelling Your Reservation

In the case that a reservation needs to be modified or cancelled you will need to go back to the hotels website where you made the reservation.

You will then need to proceed to the online booking page and click on Modify or Cancel a reservation or itinerary located under the calendar box:


You will then need to enter your details to search for your reservation - either by your registered log-in, or by email and confirmation number:


Click the select button next to the reservation you wish to modify or cancel. You will then be taken to the confirmation display. From here select 'modify reservation' at the bottom to modify, or 'cancel' at the top right, next to the print button, if you wish to cancel. Your reservation will be cancelled immediately and you will receive on-screen confirmation as well as an email.
