Making an Online Reservation

1) Selecting Availability
To select arrival and departure dates, either click the small calendar symbol to the right of the Arrival/Departure date box and then use the arrows at the top left and right to scroll through the months and select a date by clicking it. Alternatively, simply click on the date you would like to arrive and depart on the coloured calendar.
select the number of adults and children from the drop-down selection.
if you have Travel industry or business codes, click the 'Travel Agency Access' link and enter the code in the relevant box.
Click the 'continue' button.
2) Selecting Rooms and Rates
Select the room and rate by clicking on the list on the left hand side. The room details and image gallery will display on the right hand side.
There is also a currency converter feature, this can be used to view the pricing in your local currency. This is only for viewing purposes, you will be charged in the hotel's local currency.
Once you have selected a room, please click the 'select' button to move on.
Enhance Your Stay
Choose from a variety of extras to enhance your stay, by clicking the tick box to the left of the item and then selecting the number of guests. You may select as many of these as you wish.
Click the 'Enhance your Stay' button to continue.
If you do not wish to add any of the listed items, click the 'No Thanks' button to continue.
Please enter your details accurately, so that the hotel is able to contact you regarding your reservation.
If you have booked with an Oetker Collection hotel previously, you may log in using the registered user's information retrieval box.
If you wish to book another room, click the 'book another room' button at the top right, and it will take you back to the select dates page. Then repeat the previous steps for the second room.
Once you have filled in all of the required information, click the 'confirm reservation' button to make your reservation.
A confirmation of your booking information is now displayed. This will be emailed to the email address you provided, but if you want to keep a copy for your records, you can click the 'print confirmation' button.
R) Modifying or Cancelling your reservation
In the case that a reservation needs to be modified or cancelled you will need to go back to the hotels website where you made the reservation.
You will then need to proceed to the online booking page and click on 'Modify or Cancel a reservation or itinerary';
To access your reservation, enter your email address and also your confirmation number and click 'search', alternatively enter your email address and password and click 'search'.
Click 'select' on the reservation that you would like to modify or cancel.
to modify, click the 'modify reservation' button at the bottom of the reservation details. This will take you back to Step 1.
to cancel, click the 'cancel' button at the top right of the reservation details.
Your reservation will be cancelled immediately, and a cancellation confirmation email will be sent to your email address.
