Once a month your hotel will receive a detailed departure statement for the previous month’s departures. You simply check these against your own departure details and amend any for reasons such as:

  • Early check-out
  • Rate change at check-out
  • No Show
  • Extended Stay or
  • Other Notations you may wish to make.

Once this is sent back to the Navarino accounts department, then you will receive your monthly invoice based on actual departures.
