Joining Navarino could not be easier. A simple contract to sign and a one-time subscription fee to pay.

Once this is completed, we will work with you to complete your Hotel Information Pack [HIP], we have a dedicated HIP team who will ensure we collate and publish full and accurate details to all electronic sales channels.

Once the HIP is completed, we go in to the "build" phase and we set a live date with the hotel and schedule training on how to best use the CRS tools. This can include both revenue management and channel management training as well.

Going live as either a new build or a switch-over from another service provider is a simple and seamless process, Navarino has a successful "Switch over Plan" and you will be guided through this process every step of the way.

Follow-up training can be scheduled at any time during the build up to a live date, and Training is available after the hotel is live with Navarino Services.
