HOW WE HELP YOU

Set Up:

Joining Navarino could not be easier. A simple contract to sign and a one-time subscription fee to pay. Once this is completed, we will work with you to complete your Hotel Information Pack [HIP], we have a dedicated HIP team who will ensure we collate and publish full and accurate details to all electronic sales channels.

Once the HIP is completed, we go in to the ‘build’ phase and we set a live date with the hotel and schedule training on how to best use the CRS tools. This can include both revenue management and channel management training as well.

Going live as either a new build or a switch-over from another service provider is a simple and seamless process, and you will be guided through this process every step of the way. Follow-up training can be scheduled at any time during the build up to a live date, and training is available after the hotel is live with Navarino Services.

Build, Design, Internet/IDS and GDS Audit:

The ‘Build’ Phase can take 3 to 4 weeks, depending on how much data is collected and the time of the year.

Booking Engine Design for your website is included in our one-time set-up fee and our design team will work hard to ensure your booking engine will integrate with the same design standards of your website.

Internet/IDS & GDS audit:

Once your hotel is live with Navarino we then provide a full publishing audit and will work with you on the Hotel’s competitive set to ensure your hotel is competitively represented across all the electronic sales channels, has the correct data published and is well laid out, so your hotel is best optimised to win new business.

Management Services:

Each hotel client’s account is managed by a local account manager and support team member. Each hotel client is treated with the same level of experienced and dedicated Support & Sales services and each client has access to all levels of the Navarino management team.

Accounting:

Once a month your hotel will receive a detailed departure statement for the previous month’s departures. You simply check these against your own departure details and amend any for reasons such as; early check-out, rate change at check-out, No Show, Extended Stay or other Notations you may wish to make. Once this is sent back to the Navarino accounts department, then you will receive your monthly invoice based on actual departures.
Very simple and efficient. Accounts departments love the service.

Support:

Navarino operates offices in Witney, UK / Belfast, Ireland / Deauville, France / La Spezia and Rome, Italy and an additional two affiliated offices; one in Scotland and one in Italy.

Navarino works closely with the SynXis technical offices located in Bussum, Holland.

The company provides 24 hours x 7 days a week support services to hotel clients. Further Support services are provided and tailor made to fit the hotel clients requirements.

Reporting:

Hotel clients can have a significant and broad range of reports scheduled to be delivered to your Email address or to a selection of email accounts on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.

We provide a full set of disclosed data, containing all contact details for the web based reservations and full contact details for the Travel Agents.
