HBAA

The HBAA (Hotel Booking Agents Association) is an alliance that drives and promotes good business form. Championing best practice, ethical working and dependable commercial judgement makes the HBAA membership a recognised mark of quality assurance within the hospitality sector.

With agency members across the industry; from hotel owners and staff to service providers and more; ranging from global brands to independent properties, the HBAA connects to all elements of the hospitality industry. Since the association was founded in 1997, the HBAA has been helping businesses and individuals to pursue ever higher professional standards.

Initially formed with the intention of being a united forum to address common issues and promote improved standards for Agents Clients, the HBAA continues to encourage development and innovation from suppliers and service providers alike.

HEDNA

HEDNA is a not-for-profit trade association whose international membership includes executives and managers from the most influential companies in the hotel distribution industry. Founded in 1991, all of HEDNA’s activities are intended to stimulate the booking of hotel rooms through the use of Global Distribution Systems (GDSs), the Internet and other electronic means. HEDNA brings all segments of the hotel industry together to evolve systems and services into electronic distribution that is easy and efficient.
