Their team are incredibly informed on all aspects of reservations and distribution CRS and on the rare occasion that we have a support issue they are very quick to respond. We have now opened two hotels since we began working with them and they have assisted with all of the setup and GDS visibility allowing the properties to become established hotels quicker than we predicted.
