Account Management/Support – Navarino Services

“I have been working with the Navarino Services Team for the last 18 months – they have been supporting a Travelport initiative and promoting this to their hotel customers.  During this time, regardless of who in the team I am liaising with – they have been efficient, professional and always answered any queries in a timely manner.  They have demonstrated on a number of occasions the close relationships they have with their hotel customers by turning around requests (from me) and meeting very tight deadlines!  I speak with hotels daily and I only ever hear great things about the Navarino Services Account Management Team i.e. how quick they get back to them if they have any queries and how they are always trying to assist the hotels to maximise the revenue opportunities available via the GDS”.
