The updates regarding which properties you represent, and are included in our agreement, are regular, clear and concise allowing to make sure our systems are up date in terms of commission etc… which in turn keeps queries from this element of our business to a minimum.

The D&D team are quick to respond to any RFP’s we may send and are great at keeping us up to date when there might be challenged in reaching the right people at the hotel. Again, we rarely have to chase for anything – a huge plus point! Rate loading is always done in a timely fashion and is accurate.
