Our experienced implementation team provide a detailed and proactive set up, using the Hotel Information Pack and Central Reservation System (CRS) build completion template. Training is provided and supported by an ongoing, full quality, assessment process.
You will receive monthly tracking reports as well as a number of key revenue statistics. In addition, you can choose from a comprehensive list of reports ranging from Daily Tickers to Lost Room Revenue information.
We are focused on delivery and support; too often independent hotels are sold a promise and this is followed up with below average support. We understand that independent hotels are often short of staff or are under time pressure and unable to manage systems.
