After the contract formalities have been finalised, we will send you and help you to complete the Hotel Information Pack (HIP), our dedicated Implementation team will ensure we collate and publish full and accurate details to all electronic sales channels.
Once the HIP is completed, we go in to the “build” phase and we set a live date with the hotel and schedule an initial training over a webinar on how to best use the CRS tools. This can include both revenue management and channel management training as well.
Going live as either a new build or a switch-over from another service provider is a simple and seamless process, Navarino Services has a successful “Switch over Plan” and you will be guided through this process every step of the way.
Follow-up training can be scheduled at any time and free refresher sessions are offered each month in English, French and Italian.
